Anche quest'anno, come da ormai diversi anni, Springsteen ha partecipato a Stand Up For Heroes, lo spettacolo di beneficenza organizzato dalla Bob Woodruff Foundation, che si tiene annualmente a New York, all'Hulu Theater del Madison Square Garden.
